Vigilante by OCIX

A game for developers who refuse to abandon the project.

Vigilante is a GitHub accountability game published by OCIX. It turns meaningful work in one selected repository into a visible campaign—so a side project cannot quietly disappear between bursts of motivation.

The product

Real work is the gameplay.

You choose one GitHub repository and a daily objective. Vigilante receives selected-repository push metadata, filters activity that does not qualify, and changes Mission Control and Dream City only when the verified signal changes.

It is built for solo developers, founders, and students trying to finish one meaningful project—not for employee surveillance, contribution-volume scoring, or artificial green squares.

Verification boundary

The city reacts to evidence—not your source code.

Selected repositories

You choose the GitHub App installation scope. OAuth identity and repository access remain two separate decisions.

Metadata for verification

Repository identity, timestamps, commit messages, changed filenames, and push metadata support meaningful-work filtering.

No source contents

Vigilante does not clone your repository and does not read file contents, private diffs, passwords, or OAuth credentials.
